Directions for fitting:

1. Bring water to full boil. Next to the pot of hot water place a container filled with cold water. Place the whole mouthguard into the boiling water. Hold in boiling water for 25 seconds.
2. After 25 seconds, remove the mouthguard from the boiling water and dip into cold water for 1 second. Immediately place guard in mouth, centering channel around the upper teeth (preferably using a mirror). The guard will be warm, but will not burn. 
3. Bite gently into guard and suck out the air and water in the guard by pressing tongue against the back of the upper teeth.
4. Leave guard in mouth for 30 seconds, then remove and place under cold water. 
5. If fit not suitable, repeat the procedure.
